Community and Upload Policy

1. Respect and safety

Treat others respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, threats, targeted humiliation, spam, fraud, and content encouraging illegal or dangerous conduct are prohibited.

2. Your content and required rights

You may upload only text, images, liveries, logos, or other content that you created or have sufficient permission to publish. This includes sponsor marks, vehicle designs, photographs, screenshots, and third-party elements.

By uploading, you confirm these rights and that your content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

3. Licence to GridUnion

You retain your rights. To operate the platform, you grant GridUnion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable licence to store, technically adapt, display, and promote the content within GridUnion. It ends after deletion unless retention is still required for backups, moderation, or law.

4. Moderation and removal

GridUnion may hide or remove content and restrict accounts when rules or rights are violated, a substantiated risk exists, or legal review is needed. You can request a review at info@gridunion.net.

5. Reports

Report problematic content using the report feature or by email. Include the exact URL, the content concerned, your reason, and a reachable contact address. Abusive or knowingly false reports are prohibited.
