GridUnion is not endorsed, operated, or sponsored by iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, Motorsport Games, Studio 397, Le Mans Ultimate, or circuit operators. Product, series, and circuit names are used only for factual identification. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

GridUnion content

GridUnion's original writing, design, selection, structure, and graphics are protected. Factual circuit data such as names, locations, lengths, and layout counts is independently presented. GridUnion circuit symbols are abstract in-house representations, not official logos or maps.

Notice and removal procedure

Rights holders may request review or removal by emailing info@gridunion.net. Please include:

• the rights holder's or authorised representative's name and contact details,
• a precise description of the protected work or mark,
• the exact GridUnion URL and disputed content,
• a statement of authority and accuracy,
• appropriate supporting evidence where available.

GridUnion will review complete notices promptly, may temporarily hide content during review, and will notify the affected user where appropriate and legally permitted.

Counter-notice

Affected users may respond with credible evidence. GridUnion will then decide whether to restore, continue restricting, or remove the content. Statutory rights and official procedures remain unaffected.
